Reflection / Re-Introduction
Reflections and Re-Introduction
I’ve spent years perfecting the art of holding it together. Now I’m perfecting the art of letting go — old frameworks, old timelines, even the language that kept me small.
What happens when the calendar clears and you’re left with yourself, your gifts, and a peace that don’t require permission slips? You breathe. You build again. You remember who you were before the policy manual.
The chains are off, beloved. And that don’t mean chaos. It means clarity. I’m not starting over — I’m starting open.

Kesha Moore smiling confidently on her scooter, wearing a soft pink top, against a lavender-to-turquoise gradient background representing freedom and forward motion.
“Freedom looks good on me. And it fits true to size.”
💼 BOOKED (Strategy & Alignment)
Being booked used to mean overworked. Now it means aligned and accounted for.
Every contract I sign moving forward got peace written in the deliverables.
I’m still about systems, but now they include Sabbath.
Booked no longer means back-to-back — it means boundaried, blessed, and balanced.
When I say I’m booked, it’s not for every opportunity that knocks — just the ones that echo my purpose. Because booked and burdened? That season expired.
⚖️ BUSY (Boundaries & Systems)
Busy ain’t my love language anymore. It’s my warning label.
My calendar used to be a battlefield; now it’s a boundary line.
I rebuilt my workday like a prayer — soft openings, sacred pauses, and systems that don’t collapse when I rest.
I’m learning that sustainability isn’t about output. It’s about oxygen. I still love the thrill of a to-do list, but now it’s a rhythm, not a race. If it don’t honor my peace, it don’t get penciled in.
Busy used to be a badge. Now it’s a boundary
🧠 BUILT DIFFERENT (Identity & Legacy)
Built Different was never a tagline. It was a testimony.
The body they overlooked became the blueprint.
The girl on the scooter became the system.
And the Southern Black woman they underestimated? She became the strategy.
Every pivot I make is holy — not because it’s easy, but because it’s mine.
My accessibility isn’t a liability; it’s my leadership style.
I design spaces that honor every kind of brilliance, including the kind that rolls.
I am proof that access and excellence can ride side by side and both arrive on time.
💅🏾 Final Word
So here’s what’s next: I’m writing, building, and coaching from a place that feels like breath. If you’ve been waiting for permission to reinvent, consider this your sign in turquoise ink.
💅🏾 I’m just over here minding my Black business, because that is the only business I have to mind.
And if you weren’t invited to this business meeting? Stay in the lobby, beloved.
